Our airport pick-up service guarantees a smooth, comfortable, and stress-free transfer from the airport to your hotel or Airbnb. Upon arrival, a professional driver-guide will greet you, assist with your luggage, and ensure your journey starts with ease. Along the way, you have the option to make a quick stop for souvenir shopping or to grab a bite to eat. During the drive, your guide will share helpful local tips and insights, making your transfer both informative and enjoyable. This personalized service ensures you arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy your stay. PLEASE NOTE: Please leave your hotel name or Airbnb location in the description when checking out. Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations & Deposits All tours must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking. Bookings are only confirmed after deposit/payment is received. 2. Payment Full payment must be made at least 24–48 hours before the tour (or as agreed). Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved digital methods. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour may be rescheduled (subject to availability). Deposits are non-refundable. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will not be refunded. 4. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once with at least 24–48 hours notice, depending on availability. 5. Late Arrival A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or cancellation without refund. 6. Weather Conditions Tours may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions. No refunds for weather-related cancellations, but credit will be offered. 7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. RK Tours is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during the tour. 8. Conduct Respectful behavior is required at all times. RK Tours reserves the right to refuse service if conduct is inappropriate or unsafe.
